This is a notice of the Government’s intent to solicit, negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5. The source is Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008, Business Size: Small, for facility, conference space and audio visual (AV) support services. Omni is the only hotel in the Washington, DC metro area capable of meeting HUD’s meeting space requirements along with onsite AV/IT capabilities on March 1, 2023, through March 3, 2023.

Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Response(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include company’s name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS & UEI numbers, CAGE Code, Tax ID, business size, and this notice number. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received by the closing date and time shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
