Develop a Kit for the administration of Nplate® (Romiplostim) for treatment of Hematopoietic Syndrome Acute Radiation Syndrome (HS-ARS). Kit development will lead to an FDA approved combination product (Nplate® medicine + medical devices for injection). The co-packaged combination product (e.g., Nplate drug and the Kit will be stockpiled separately) will enable commercial use of the Nplate® drug in the U.S. and stockpiling of the Kit and Nplate® by BARDA.
