This is Amendment 0002 to the solicitation for Economic Consulting Services for Regulatory Analysis and Policy Support. The purpose of this amendment is to revise SIR Section M.5.1 Factor 3: Staffing Resources. Revised SIR attached.



The FAA’s, Office of Aviation Policy and Plans, located in the Office of Policy, International Affairs, and Environment (APL) has a requirement for ongoing support and subject matter expertise to provide specialized economic analysis in areas such as aviation forecast, economic models as they pertain to various aviation program areas, such as Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), policies and procedures concerning Airport revenue, aviation regulatory analysis, cost allocation for air traffic services, and international airport governance.
