The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Facilities Management Branch (FMB), has a requirement for elevator maintenance services for seven (7) passenger elevators and one (1) freight elevator at 320 First Street, NW, Washington, DC. The contractor shall furnish all materials and labor covered in the Statement of Work. The work covered includes, but is not limited to, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Preventive Maintenance Guides. All non-emergency maintenance work must be performed outside normal operating hours. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work being performed and testing all equipment and shall be on call to respond to any elevator service call that may arise 24 hours a day.

Services shall be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. The solicitation will be available on or about August 1, 2023, and will be distributed solely through the Sam.gov website.
