The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation Business Center’s (FPAC-BC), Environmental Activities Division (ENV) requires professional services to expand a socio-economic study regarding enrollment of land in the FarmService Agency (FSA), Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) for the purpose of restoring monarch butterfly populations and habitat.
