The Government Publishing Office, Facility Management business unit is seeking services from a contractor that can remove and dispose of ten (10) Rooftop Air Handler Units. The government anticipates awarding one (1) Firm-Fixed Price contract to the most advantageous responsible vendor as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required as cited in the statement of work at Government Publishing Office Laurel Warehouse/Distribution Center The building address 8660 Cherry Lane, Laurel Maryland 20707. Contractor shall provide supervision, labor, material, and equipment required to perform all work to remove and replace ten (10) Rooftop Air Handler Units (air conditioning only) as described in this statement of work.
