Description

The Federal Maritime Commission intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Torch Leadership Labs: 100 Bush ST STE 750 San Francisco, California 94104 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 seeing that “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”



The Federal Maritime Commission will procure the training to teach FMC supervisors the skills they need to be more effective individual contributors, managers, and leaders. Performance will take place virtually at the Federal Maritime Commission government office.



This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.
