The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has a requirement to provide nation-wide toxicology, COVID and other laboratory testing, materials, equipment, supplies and services to the Employment Training Administration (ETA)’s Office of Job Corps (OJC), as described further in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
