The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to The Financial Times LTD., Bracken House, 1 Friday Street, London, England, EC4M 9BT, United Kingdom, under the authority of 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is 12 months, and we anticipate 1 or more option years.

This requirement is a for subscription to the Financial Times FDI Intelligence product. FDI Markets is the most comprehensive online database of cross-border greenfield investments available, covering all countries and sectors worldwide. They provide real-time monitoring of investment projects, capital investment and job creation. The platform can track and profile companies investing overseas, as well as conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends that the Services Trade analyst at the Commission use for foreign direct investment analysis.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
