Amendment 0001: This amendment incoporates a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) into the solicitation.
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, requires Board-certified physicians to perform District Medical Advisor (DMA) case file reviews for the purposes of reviewing medical records and assigning a permanent impairment rating using the AMA’s Guides for the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (the Guides), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The anticipated contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 with a period of one (1) 12-month Base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
Questions must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions by November 13, 2023 at 12:00pm ET.
AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the proposal due date to 12/14/2023 at 12:00pm. Questions will be posted under a seperate amendment.
AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the solicitation closing date to 12/29/2023 at 5pm, provide answers to submitted questions, supplemental examples, a revised Schedule B/Attachment 1: IDIQ Pricing Table and revised Performance Work Statement (PWS).
AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to provide further clarification to a question and answer submitted in Amendment 3.
