Description

The Library (LOC) REQUIREMENTS AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:



1: The Procurement of Equipment, Delivery, Installation, and One Year Care and Maintenance Plan. See Table 1




  • The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all AV related equipment, cabling, hardware, and accessories contained within this project proposal.




  • Services include preventive and corrective maintenance for one year.

  • Installation of all AV related equipment contained within this project proposal.

  • Installation of all AV related cabling, terminations, interconnects, hardware and accessories.

  • Installation shall include dedicated project management, programing, and source code.

  • Installation shall include testing, on-site training services, and manufacturer training as required.

  • Pre-installation meetings will be required so that proper transfer of information is established.

  • LCSG will perform inspection, testing, and acceptance of delivery and installation.

  • Services included in the one year warranty period.
