Description

The Department of Homeland Security Office of Procurement Operations is seeking to obtain sources that have the capability and expertise to provide Employee Engagement & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) support services for the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO). These services will consist of provding the following:




  • Employee Engagement: Employee Experience Focus Groups (FEVS scores, pulse surveys, etc.)

  • Supporting the DHS-Wide Pulse Survey Program

  • Designing and executing on-the-ground field tests

  • Supporting the Employee Engagement Steering Committee, Engagement Working Group

  • General Program Support

  • Review and analyze data, policies, and procedures to ensure DEIA: Equitable Hiring/ Pay Equity/ Equity in awards and career & professional development

  • Assisting with developing DEIA strategic / implementation plans

  • Develope DEIA Maturity Model Scorecard / Measurement Tool

  • Assist with the development of DEIA Executive Steering Committee (DESC)

  • Assist with providing Culture assessments offered by DHS OCHCO to smaller organizations/offices and may be integrated into the focus group efforts as an outcome/recommendation.
