The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) has issued a sole source award to CMI Management, LLC., 5285 Shawnee Rd, STE 510, Alexandria, VA 22312-2334 for a six (6) month contract for Emergency Water Infrastructure Services for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) located in Washington, D.C.
These emergency services were mandated by the D.C. Fire Marshal in July of 2023. Per the D.C. Fire Marshal, the situation is determined to be a life safety issue, putting the lives and property of the fire department as well as AFRH residents at risk and must be remedied as soon as possible.
