United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) seeks to lease the following space:



City / State: Washington, District of Columbia



Delineated Area: Washington, DC Central Employment Area



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 275,000



Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 350,000



Space Type: Office and related space



Firm Term: 15 years



Option Term: N/A



Additional Requirements:



A. Ability to install broadcast studios, which could include slab, cuts.



B. Ability to support other electrical and technical infrastructure requirements of USAGM’s broadcasting mission.
