The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials as a psychologist (except those listed as Government furnished) to provide mental health services (psychotherapy) to trauma-impacted defendants, as well psychological testing, individual and group therapy to these and other defendants suffering from mental illness, and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, or emotional distress secondary to personality disorders.
