Description

This posting is to provide notice for an anticipated modification to the U.S. International Trade Commission’s Purchase Order No. 34300022P0037, issued to Robert Feenstra with the University of California, Davis, CA. The anticipated modification will support a brief continuation in providing additional advisory services to the Commission on this effort.

Reference the archived Notice ID 34300022Q0043, posted to SAM.GOV on 09/01/2022 (copy attached for ready reference).

The Purchase Order initially funded 215 hours for a one year period of performance. The Commission anticipates funding an additional -- maximum -- 110 hours and extending the performance period until January 31, 2024. The effort involves constructing a state-level gravity equation model and associated database with a focus on empirical estimates of the welfare impact of changing trade policies at the U.S. State level.

This Notice is not a request for quotations or proposals, but rather is for informational purposes only. A solicitation will not be issued. Any information received within five days after the posting date of this Notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Debra Bridge, Contracting Officer at debra.bridge@usitc.gov
