Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) intends to make a single award for a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Elevator Maintenance services at 320 First Street, NW, Washington, DC. The government shall award on a best value trade-off basis.



The work covered by this contract includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual preventative maintenance for seven (7) passenger elevators and one (1) freight elevator. The contractor shall furnish all materials and labor covered in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work. All non-emergency maintenance work must be performed outside normal operating hours. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work being performed and testing all equipment and shall be on call to respond to any elevator service call that may arise 24 hours a day.



This solicitation is being issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) 15BNAS23Q00000055. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210, which has a size standard of $47 million.
