Amendment 001- Mandatory Site Visit is March 1, 2024 at 10:00am, Questions submission deadline is extended to 12:00pm EST on March 5, 2024, and Proposal submission deadline is extended to 2:00pm EST on March 11, 2024. See SF30 attached.



This is a solicitation for a single award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) Senate Recording Studio (SRS) in replacing the legacy Serial Digital (SDI) video and Pulse Code Modulated (PCM, a.k.a. Audio Engineering Society 3 (AES3) digital audio production, routing, and distribution systems with Internet Protocol (IP) based video and audio technologies.
