THIS IS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). WE INTEND TO ISSUE THE FINAL RFP IN OCTOBER. THIS IS NOT A RFP. YOU ARE NOT ASKED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL AT THIS TIME.



Please be advised that this requirement is currently in DRAFT form and has not been approved for solicitation at this time. The purpose of this advanced notice is to obtain industry feedback and facilitate planning only. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed to commit the Government to produce a solicitation or award deriving from this notice. Any information submitted by interested parties is strictly voluntary and no monetary compensation will be provided. If and when the solicitation is approved by the Government, an official RFP will be published.
