The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) is seeking a cloud-based TV channel playout and delivery platform to build several new, linear channels. Any platform or solution shall be able to rapidly scale additional channels upon USAGM request. The period of performance for this acquisition will be for three (3) years, one base and two option years.
