The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is gathering information to identify new ideas and technologies that can be utilized to enhance the effectiveness of training and education and build a culture of continuous learning in workforce development. The intent is to pioneer new methods and processes, and employ novel and emerging technologies to maximize and accelerate learning, both holistically for all employees. These new methods and processes will result in training within a robust infrastructure that is learner centric, location agnostic, flexible in delivery and innovation driven. The DIA has identified 4 key investment areas in the 2025 Strategic Plan:
1. Emerging Technologies
2. Experiential Learning
3. Data Analytics
4. Games and Simulation
DIA seeks to discover new and emerging technologies and methodologies that will allow continuous upskilling and reskilling of our workforce. This RFI is intended to gain feedback from the technical sector and any other relevant stakeholders dealing with emerging technologies that can be applied to weave continuous learning into our culture and not just make it mandatory training.
The Government has identified several NAICS Codes that this acquisition could be applicable to. But due to system limitations of SAM.gov only one was identified. The Government is seeking responses for the following additional NAICS:
- 541511
- 541512,
- 541720, and
- 611710
Please ensure you read the attached RFI for response format and questions required to be answered in your company's response.
