Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), has a base plus four (4) option year annual requirement for approximately 75 monthly quality control field audits of residential properties that are part of a nationwide portfolio maintained by a property management service contractor on behalf of the VBA. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541350.
The VBA is setting aside this requirement solely for SBA VetCert Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) certified Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
