PSC DA10 - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service





The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to STATACORP LLC, 4905 Lakeway Drive, College Station, Texas 77845-4512, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.



This requirement is for the purchase of a 21-seat network license for StataCorp’s Stata product. Stata is an economic modeling database with proprietary data that is only available through StataCorp .



This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Ian Quillman, Contracting Officer, at ian.quillman@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
