Description

The Department of the Navy seeks to award a one-year lease, with four (4) one-year renewal options in St. Mary's County, Maryland. The space requirement is for a total of 49,113 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) square feet (sf), comprised of 1,386 SF for office space, 28,721 SF for warehouse storage space, and approximately 19,006 SF of external storage space.
