THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT for the United States Capitol Police (USCP) Wellness and Resiliency Program. This notice is NOT a solicitation announcement and it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
The United States Capitol Police Wellness and Resiliency program is responsible for developing and implementing a department wide holistic wellness and resiliency program. Focusing on serving the whole person, both sworn and civilian, the program emphasizes the importance of mental, physical, social and spiritual wellness.
USCP is seeking sources to expand its mental wellness offerings and who can offer evidence based instruction on mindfulness, different forms of meditation, and stress relief practices to build resilience.
USCP is seeking solutions that addresses this requirement via multiple delivery methods. The deliverable should have in-person options as well as on-demand options that can be accessed via computer to accommodate different shifts and availability.
As part of its market research, USCP is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing support in its Wellness and Resiliency Program. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.
Responses are due no later than 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time on December 15, 2021.
The following information should be provided in all responses to this Sources Sought Notice:

- Statement of capabilities – 5 pages maximum
- One-page list of up to three past or current projects demonstrating recent, relevant work experience as a prime or subcontractor
