The Internal Revenue Service intends to lease 15 executive parking spaces located at 77 K Street NW Washington, DC 20002 from Pro Park, Inc. using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures not to exceed $250,000. Period of performance is January 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023 Pro Park, Inc. is the sole leaser of parking at 77K st NE Washington DC 20002 with 24/7 access from the parking lot to the building.

This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A sole source justification – Simplified Acquisitions has been documented in the contract file in writing. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 812930, and the business standard size is $41.5 M.

This is published as a notice of intent not a request for proposals or an invitation for bids. No solicitation shall be issued, therefore such requests for solicitation shall be considered non-responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this announcement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Potential sources who believe they can provide the subscription service listed above are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 p.m., December 19, 2022. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
