This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” in conjunction with the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5 – “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

(1) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615623Q00003.

(2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 December 30, 2022.

(3) Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 541511 – “Custom Computer Programming Services” with a size standard of $34.0 million. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

(5) Description of Requirements for the services being Acquired: See Attachment 0001 – Performance Work Statement.

(6) Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period (06/26/2023 – 06/25/2024) with four 1-year options. The work shall be performed at the Contractor’s site.
