Title: Consulting and Urgent Repair Services for Emergency Broadcast System and Public Announcement System within the Department of Commerce

Description:

The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole source contract for the Consulting and Urgent Repair Services for the Emergency Broadcast System and Public Announcement System (EBS/PA) within the Department of Commerce, ADT Commercial, 8580 Cinder Bed Road, Suite 100, Lorton, VA 22079. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621- Security Systems Services.

It is The Office of the Secretary’s intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source purchase order type contract for one year to ADT Commercial under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Sole Source Justification

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, ADT Commercial is the only organization who can provide the services needed.

This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by Department of Commerce. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Jacqueline Brown, Contract Specialist at Jbrown4@doc.gov by 2:00 PM EST on, August 29, 2023. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
