The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to solicit and negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc (SPA), located at 2001 N. Beauregard Street, Suite 100, Alexandria, VA 22311, for subject matter expertise regarding support services for the Submarine Security Program for OPNAV N97 (SSBN Security Technology Program (SSTP)/SSGN Survivability Program (S3P)).



The anticipated contract will contain a base year effort and include a total of four (4) one-year option periods, with an estimated value, inclusive of all options, of
