Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide personnel and staffing services to efficiently and effectively fulfill the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) goals and objectives to provide non-personal health service medical support.



This RFP does not commit the Government to pay for the preparation or submission of a proposal.



This requirement is a total 100% set-side for Small Business concerns; all qualified candidates will be considered. The solicitation is issued as a RFP utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
