Description

This is not a solicitation, but a survey to locate potential sources capable of performing the work described in this notice. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC” or “Commission”) is contemplating the procurement of a contemplating the procurement of a Software-as-a-Service solution to collect and disseminate data from CFTC mobile devices issued to staff as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). This data includes Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), voicemails and data at rest, as discussed in the attachment.
