Description

Non-personal services for the end-to-end administration of surveys focused on gaining insight into the satisfaction, perceptions, and behaviors of Thrift Saving Plan participants.



The Agency seeks a contractor with strong knowledge of the 401(k)/Defined Contribution (DC) plan industry to include broad benchmarks, trends, DC plan product offerings, participant perceptions, and an in-depth knowledge of the TSP participant demographics and current plan features.
