This contract shall require the contractor to support and enable PFPA’s mission by ensuring all mail/parcels are free of hazardous or suspicious material. Screen all mail/parcels within the same day of receipt unless approved by the Government representative. Provide screening operation related customer service to mail/parcel recipients and security and logistic partners.
