The U.S. International Development Finance Corp intends to issue a sole source contract. The contractor will provide lists for discussion between the investors and specified company, and revise drafts of investment documentation, including both the documents applicable to all investors and the DFC side letter. The contractor shall provide any further writings or reports necessitated by the firm’s U.S. focused due diligence and template a side letter for DFC’s direct equity investments.

The contractor selected is uniquely qualified due to its’ work on the deal. The firm is already familiar with the specified company and the deal’s documentation. It is currently representing the other investors, so DFC can take advantage of the substantial economic efficiencies afforded by having shared counsel within the investment group.
