THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY, which is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001(a). This is not a solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this request. There is no solicitation package available at this time. Information gathered is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement as described in Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement, for diagnostics and potential repair work on the lighting system at the Pentagon Auditorium. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a small business standard of $16.5M.

All interested parties are invited to send a capability statement that will briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirement described above, provide comments on the attached draft Performance Work Statement, and to submit any questions they may have regarding the requirement. All comments and questions need to be submitted electronically via email.

Please ensure your capability statement includes:

• Years of experience your company has for this requirement or similar in nature


• Any licenses/certifications that make your company uniquely qualified to perform this work


• All pertinent Information where your company has provided these services


• Statement that you have the capability to provide ALL requirements stated within the PWS
