RFP #040ADV-23-R-0014 for the Custom-designed booklet-bindery collation and assembly equipment and associated services (see attachment).



The purpose of this procurement is to purchase custom-designed booklet-bindery collation and assembly equipment and associated services to be used for the manufacturing of Passports and other identification booklets to support the Security and Intelligent Documents Division (SID) of the Government Publishing Office (GPO) customers.





• Part A – Prototype Design and Build of the Custom-Designed Booklet-Bindery Collation and

Assembly Equipment and Presentation at the Contractor’s Site for three Components:

o Bindery Equipment Component – Gathering, Collating, and Sewing

o Bindery Equipment Component – Cover Attachment and Pressing

o Bindery Equipment Component – Folding and Trimming

• Part B – Custom-Designed Booklet-Bindery Collation and Assembly Equipment build up, deliveryand installation for three Components:

o Bindery Equipment Component – Gathering, Collating, and Sewing

o Bindery Equipment Component – Cover Attachment and Pressing

o Bindery Equipment Component – Folding and Trimming
