Dear Industry Partners,
I am pleased to announce the release of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL) Fiscal Year 2021 Yearbook: “Mission: Possible – Using Results to Improve Culture”. It highlights how the DHS Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) is using data analytics to support more informed decision-making to shape our broader policies and practices across DHS’s procurement functions.
The publication includes new innovations such as Fusion Procurements and Case Studies, provides a deeper look into procurement innovation and mission outcomes via data analytics, and shares successful strategies from procurement teams completing a PIL project in Fiscal Year 2021. As always, the PIL had fun designing the yearbook which follows a cinematic theme including sections titled "Box Office Highlights”, "The Concession Stand", "Infotainment”, and even the first-ever "PIL-cademy Awards”.
We hope you enjoy the PIL's FY 2021 Yearbook, and we appreciate your commitment to working with us in support of the DHS mission.
