DESCRIPTION: The objective of this effort is to provide the Department of the Treasury executive dining room in-house culinary services to the Secretary of the Treasury, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, Treasury Executives and Treasury members and guests. These services are for official meetings and functions for Treasury personnel cited above as well as Program Office meetings and events within the Treasury complex that meet the criteria for catering.

DETAIL STATEMENTS: The Government is seeking information primarily regarding industry’s input on the government’s draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this notice. Additionally, vendors may submit information regarding their company and capabilities in providing aforementioned services. However, the primary purpose of this Notice is to receive meaningful feedback with concern to the PWS.

REQUESTED INFORMATION: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this request may likely include 722310 Food Service Contractors. Include whether or not you are a small business; 8(a) small business; HUB Zone small business; service-disabled veteran-owned or veteran-owned small businesses; women-owned or economically disadvantaged women-owned small business; or small disadvantaged business in order to assist the Treasury in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Responses to this Notice should include the following:

1. Company Name and Business Address;


2. Size of company (number of personnel, total revenue, ownership, parent corporation, etc.);


3. Company points-of-contact information (i.e., Name of individual, title, phone number, email address, etc.)


4. Available strategic contracts (i.e., GSA FSS or MAS contracts, IDIQ allowing decentralized ordering, NASA SEWP, etc.)


5. Recommendations, comments or input concerning the PWS; and,


6. Any other pertinent data to demonstrate capability to perform.
