The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified consulting firms specializing in airport baggage handling systems (BHS). The services requested may include but are not limited to Assessments, Studies, Programming, Preliminary Design, Design, Estimation, Bid Phase Services, Construction Administration, and Construction Inspection/Technical Observation associated with the BHS at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD). RIAC will conduct a pre-proposal meeting and site tour on December 16, 2022, at 3:00PM. Interested parties must complete and submit a visitor badge application to procurement@pvdairport.com no later than 3:00PM EDT, December 14, 2022 in order to attend this meeting. The visitor badge application is provided as an attachment to the RFQ. RIAC highly encourages participation in the pre-proposal meeting.
