The Internal Revenue Service intends to lease 15 executive parking spaces located at 77 K Street NW Washington, DC 20002 from Imperial Parking (U.S.), LLC using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Period of performance is Date of Award through eleven months in length. Purchase order shall be issued to Imperial Parking (U.S.), LLC is the sole leaser of parking at 77K St NE Washington DC 20002 with 24/7 access from the parking lot to the building. This requirement will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Streamline Acquisition Division. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 812930. This is published as a notice of intent not a request for proposals or an invitation for bids. No solicitation shall be issued, therefore such requests for solicitation shall be considered non-responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this announcement is solely up to the discretion of the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Potential sources who believe they can provide the subscribed service listed above are invited to submit a proposal no more than 10 pages in length documentation in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 p.m., October 26, 2022.
