Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is posting the solicitation for Economic Consulting Services for Regulatory Analysis and Policy Support. The FAA’s, Office of International Affairs (API), located in the Office of Policy, International Affairs, and Environment (APL) has a requirement for ongoing support and subject matter expertise to provide specialized economic analysis in areas such as aviation forecast, economic models as they pertain to various aviation program areas, such as Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), policies and procedures concerning Airport revenue, aviation regulatory analysis, cost allocation for air traffic services, and international airport governance. The requirements are further set forth in the attached Screening Information Request (SIR).



This will be a single-award IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, for a total potential period of performance of five years.



Questions for the SIR should be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT, 15 December 2022 via email only. Interested offerors are advised that the FAA reserves the right not to address any questions that are submitted after this date has closed.



Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT, 6 January 2023 (electronic copies only).
