The purpose of this amendment is to:

3. Post Updated Attachments - 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 (Attachment 4 has no changes)



4. Extend RFP Phase I due date to 1:00 pm on 30 November 2022.



5. The tenative release date for final RFP is 21 November 2022.

This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal for the services as stated in the Statement of Objective. The Draft RFP is being posted to allow for industry feedback or comments. The offeror shall include in their proposal the company's taxpayer identification number, the company's DUNS number, the company's address, the company's point of contact and contact information, the firm fixed-price for all services in accordance with the attached Statement of Objective.
