Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items using the procedures outlined in both FAR Subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.



Solicitation number N0018923QR020 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) updated 23 June 2022.



This requirement is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 with a standard size of $13.0 Million.



NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk intends to issue a firm fixed price (FPP) purchase order for Naval Supply Corps Officer Career Transition Seminars contractor support services.



The RFQ is provided as an attachment.



In accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to award a Firm



Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order form this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to



the solicitation and represents the best overall value to the government, price and other factor considered.
