International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Airfinity Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, UK; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires specialized information for Covid-19 diagnostic, theraputics global time serices and geographic data for an ongoing statutory report. A subscription to Airfinity's covid-19 data platform will satisfy this need. Period of Performance for this subscription is six months form the time of award.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.
