This Solicitation is for Research and Development (R&D) Support for High Power Electronics and Advanced Materials. The general scope of this requirement is to provide R&D capability to the Power and Advanced Materials Branch in key technical areas. The Power and Advanced Materials Branch conducts research and development programs in solid state electronics and related technologies that support Navy and DoD interests and capabilities in the full range of new platform and weapons capabilities enabled by high-power solid state electronic devices.

NRL intends to award a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to a single vendor from this solicitation.
