OBAA Topic Solicitation No. 13 (RFP # 70RWMD22R00000010)



The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Acquisition Division (CWMDAD) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit capable vendors for the submission of technical and cost proposals in accordance with this Topic Solicitation No. 13, RFP No. 70RWMD22R00000010, titled “Multi-Mode Ceramic-Based Scintillation Detector Discovery and Development ", its attachments, and the overarching Research and Development (R&D) Open Broad Agency Announcement (OBAA) No. 70RDND19R00000003. This requirement supports the DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), Research and Development Division (RDD), under BAA focus area CWMD.05 - Nuclear Sensing: Technologies to provide cross-cutting improvements to nuclear threat detection through dramatically improved performance or reduced costs when compared to Commercial off the Shelf.
