THIS BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is made by and between the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), acting by and through DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY. The IRS intends to issue Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) and subsequent BOA orders In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.703 Basic Ordering Agreements.

Period of Performance:

This BOA will be valid for up to five (5) years beginning from the effective date of the initial BOA execution.

• Base Year – November 21, 2022 through November 20, 2023

• Option Period 1 – November 21, 2023 through November 20, 2024

• Option Period 2 – November 21, 2024 through November 20, 2025

• Option Period 3 – November 21, 2025 through November 20, 2026

• Option Period 4 – November 21, 2026 through November 20, 2027

Basic Order Agreement Terms:

This agreement is FFP. The Government estimates the maximum Contract Value for Base Period, and all Option Years is $49,999,998.00. Max quantity shown for administrative purposes only. This BOA is not a contract until a Task Order is issued and then will become a binding contract at the time of the Government's acceptance of a Task Order proposal and award of a Task Order. This agreement is for Services Described in Section C. The Government reserves the right to cancel the BOA if doing so is considered to be in the Government's best interest. The execution of a BOA does not guarantee that the Government will place future task orders with the offeror.
