NAVFAC Washington is seeking to identify potential small business concerns, women-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses firms, etc., certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA), with the capacity, experience and interest in providing Base Operating Support (BOS) Services (recurring and non-recurring work) to be performed at multiple Government installations located in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC within a 100-mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC.
The recurring work services include all labor, management, supervision, quality control, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform facility investment services. The work consists of service calls (to respond to emergent customer complaints), Preventative Maintenance (PM), inspections, maintenance to building utility systems, after-hours service desk, Emergency and Fire Apparatus Preventative maintenance, inspection and certification, equipment condition assessments to support the Infrastructure Condition Assessment Program (ICAP), Inspections (inspection, testing, and certification) of Unfired Pressure Vessels (UPVs) to include air compressors and compressed air receivers, seasonal HVAC start-up and shutdown, overhead door inspections, and other recurring services. Other recurring services include but are not limited to locksmith services, cleaning roof drains, generator operation, and environmental reporting. Non-Recurring work (IDIQ) examples are task orders for labor and materials for repairs in excess of recurring limits of liability.
Some locations are high security facilities and require up to Top Secret clearances for contractor personnel.
