The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to BLOOMBERG-BNA HOLDINGS INC, 1801 South Bell Street, Arlington, Virginia 22202 UEI (KG5PWYBKVCA5), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is to purchase a department-wide subscription to Bloomberg law. Please see the attached Justification and Approval for additional details. The period of performance is 5 years, with base year starting Jan 1st, 2023 through December 31st, 2024 and four option years.

This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
