This notice makes available the Justification and Approval for limiting sources in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources.



The Department of Commerce (DOC), Enterprise Services-Acquisitions (ESA) awarded a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order to The Partnership for Public Service, Inc. for The Department of Commerce Leadership Development Fellowship Program



This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program. Consideration of schedule contractors will be restricted to fewer than the number required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1) (B):
